Protein Cookie Dough

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate) (50g)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour (50g)
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter (or almond butter) (80g)
  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 2-4 tbsp Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Optional: Chocolate Chips (50g)
  • Optional: Sea Salt For sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients
    In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and almond flour. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients
    Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk to the dry mixture. Stir until a dough forms. Add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, if needed for the desired consistency.
  • Step 3: Fold in Mix-Ins
    Gently fold in the chocolate chips or other mix-ins like chopped nuts or dried fruit.
  • Step 4: Adjust Texture
    If the dough is too dry, add a splash of milk. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more almond flour.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
    Scoop into bowls or roll into small balls for a bite-sized snack. Sprinkle with sea salt for extra flavor if desired.
